Thermometers with capillary line for industrial temperature measurement are available with stainless steel case, with or without case filling, suitable for applications where a sealed case with high chemical resistance is required.

Front flange or u-clamp for panel mounting, rear flange or gauge holder brackets for wall mounting are possible case configurations.

Because of the capillary line, a mounting device is always required for these thermometers. The measuring system is nitrogen filled, which is nontoxic and enviromentally safe.

Various different stem and connection types and sizes are available to suit the thermometers for all kinds of industrial applications.

With case filling (silicone oil).
Case Sizes: 100 mm (4")

Case: 304 stainless steel.
Ring: Bayonet ring 304 stainless steel.
Temperature Ranges: 0-80 °C up to 0-600 °C or corresponding °F

Accuracy Class: 1 according to DIN EN 13190.
Movement: Brass / German silver.
Lens: Single strength glass lens.
Capillary Line: Stainless steel, diameter 2 mm, standard length up to 1 m (39.37), buckle protection tubes at both ends.
Stem Types: Optional various stem types with different connection types and sizes available, e.g. plain stem or with slideable or turnable union nut, male thread connection or clamp or compression fitting, welding-in connection, please compare data sheet 8220.
Stem Length: Standard length up to 200 mm (7.87"); optional different lengths.

Min. and max. lengths have to be considered.
Stem Material: Stainless steel.
