Filled Systems:

ITI have been manufacturing filled systems for many years. This expertise is now invaluable when it comes to repairing or altering other manufacturers equipment.

All types of temperature systems can be repaired, have capillary length altered and bulbs changed etc.

Mercury In Steel
Gas filled
Vapour pressure
Liquid expansion

Similarly pressure systems fitted to transmitters, switches or gauges can have seals repaired or replaced. Capillary lengths can altered as can process connections - flanged, hygienic or otherwise. Diaphragms can be replaced and coated with all kinds of exotic materials such as PFA, PTFE, Halar etc.

Tank Level Applications:

Low volume systems, fitted to differential pressure transmitters can made for tank level applications and ITI are seen by many as the market leader in this field. Sophisticated computer generated performance calculations can be produced – for expert advice please speak to our service department.

ITI also manufacture the more traditional Tank Contents type gauge – just complete the relevent questionnaire by clicking HERE and email or fax it to us using the details found on our contact page. We will then prepare a quotation for you. These gauges can be produced with high quality customised dials, linear or otherwise, using ITI’s state of the art dial printing technology.

Traceable to National Standards, the system has a capacity to test and calibrate up to 4” meters.

Please don’t confuse this with other systems - The ITI system is a genuine wet flow rig and is the only true reliable method of calibrating flow meters.
