Are your Certificates acceptable for my ISO9000 QA System?
Of course. All our Certificates are UKAS Traceable and show actual results. Pre-calibration results can be given for a small extra charge.

What if my instruments need a repair?
Minor repairs are included in our calibration service, in addition we have a free quotation service for repairs.

What if I forget to send in my instruments?
We will contact you every year with a reminder notice - this service is also free of charge.

How long will you have my instruments?
For calibration, the normal turnaround is 5-7 days. Repairs may take a little longer but we do have an extensive stock of spare parts and can usually complete most repairs with the same 5-7 days.

Do you give a warranty?
Yes, all repairs come with a 6 month warranty.
