Often copied but never bettered - ITI is the original and still the best repair and calibration specialist in the UK for Test Equipment.
Our extensive range of in house facilities now include the recent acquisition of RECAL INSTRUMENT SERVICES adding further to our know how and expertise.
We carry a large stock of spares, circuit diagrams and service manuals enabling us to carry out most repairs within short lead times.

Our temperature controlled laboratory is fully equipped with state of the art electrical & electronic calibration equipment.
All our certificates, to BS EN ISO/IEC 17025:2000 show full traceability to UKAS Laboratories and give actual results of each test.
Such certificates are computer generated and enable us to offer a free of charge recall service so you will be reminded every year when your equipment becomes due for re-calibration.
Bespoke "Calibration Service Contracts" can be arranged as a very cost effective solution for companies who want annual / three year contracts at fixed calibration prices.
We work under the auspices of The British Standards Institution and our ISO 9001 Quality Management System is audited by the BSI.

More robust and sophisticated transmitters for field mount applications in hazardous or non-hazardous areas are readily available from ITI. Again such transmitters can be fitted with our own range of Chemical Seals.

Hazardous area classifications for ATEX, IS, BASEEFA/CENELEC Exd and Type N. All can be fitted with Chemical Seals to suit particular applications.
A particular speciality for ITI is the low fill volume Chemical Seals for fitting to a DP Transmitter for the measurement of liquid level.
We also offer a modification and repair service for customers’ existing transmitters whereby we can change capillary lengths, flanges and/or diaphragms.

How do I get my instruments to you?

Of course. All our Certificates are UKAS Traceable and show actual results. Pre-calibration results can be given for a small extra charge.

Minor repairs are included in our calibration service, in addition we have a free quotation service for repairs.
What if I forget to send in my instruments?
We will contact you every year with a reminder notice - this service is also free of charge.
How long will you have my instruments?
For calibration, the normal turnaround is 5-7 days. Repairs may take a little longer but we do have an extensive stock of spare parts and can usually complete most repairs with the same 5-7 days.
Do you give a warranty?
Yes, all repairs come with a 6 month warranty.
