Diaphragm gauges with horizontal diaphragm are designed for low pressure applications. With open flange connection the diaphragm pressure gauges can be supplied in suitable versions for all kinds of media, even aggressive, contaminating or viscous media.

These gauges are 5 times over range protected, to max. 40 bar (600 psi).

Model PK / PKG is suitable for applications where a rugged, rust resistant, sealed case is required (e.g. dirty, damp, corrosive atmosphere, outdoor or wet ambient services). The case is a special screw ring case made from high quality glass fibre reinforced polyamide 6B.

PK: Dry version.
PKG: With glycerine filling.
Case Size: 100 mm (4")
Case: Glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6 B, black.
Ring: Screw ring glass fiber reinforced polyamide 6 B, black.
Pressure Ranges: 0-10 mbar - 0-40 bar or 0-4"WC - 0-600 psi (also vacuum or compound ranges).
Accuracy: ± 1.6 % f.s.
Process Connection: Bottom connection ½" BSP, ½" NPT, M 20 x 1,5 or open flanges according to DIN EN or ASME.
Wetted Parts:

Lower flange:
Zinc plated carbon steel, stainless steel, zinc plated carbon steel / PTFE (accuracy 2.5%) or stainless steel / PTFE(accuracy 2.5%).

Diaphragm:
Zinc plated carbon steel, stainless steel or duratherm.
