In-line seals suit for flowing and highly viscous media. Dead spaces can be completely excluded, since the seal becomes part of the process line.

Inline seals series RDM 7631 and following are suitable for applications in food or dairy processing industries or other sanitary processes, where excellent cleanability is most important.

Various models with different process connections have been developed to meet all kinds of industrial requirements. Below only the most common connection types are listed, but we manufacture far more different types and sizes. Further information upon request.

Common Particularities
Body: Cylindrical coat, stainless steel 316 L (1.4435).
Diaphragm: Tube shaped, welded to the cylindrical coat, stainless steel 316 L (1.4435).
Instrument Connection: ½" BSP female; optionally various other thread connections.
Filling Liquid: Vegetable oil; optionally various other filling fluids, suitable to the medium (e.g. FDA conform).
Nominal Pressure: PN 40 (600 lb/sq.in) for the in-line seals, lower PN max. for process connection pieces are to consider.
Minimum Pressure Ranges: Depending on model and size, please compare data sheet 7600.
