Diaphragm Seals series MDM 74 have the diaphragm flush welded to the process side of the body. This way they suit also for thick, dirty and non-homogenous media containing suspended solids.

This diaphragm seals are useable up to PN 600 (10,000 lb/sq.in).

They are available with BSP or NPT male connection thread or with a BSP hexagon union nut connection (model MDM 7450).

Common Particularities
Body: Stainless steel 316 L (1.4435)
Instrument Connection: ½" BSP female; optionally various other thread connections.
Diaphragm: Stainless steel 316 L (1.4435) or various special materials.
Filling Liquid: Silicone oil; optionally various other filling fluids, suitable to the medium.

Model MDM 7450 Model: MDM 7450
Nominal Pressure: Depending on size, for  pressure gauges between PN 600 (10,000 lb/sq.in.) resp. PN 40 (600 lb/sq.in).
Others upon request.
Process Connection: Hexagon union nut 304 stainl.steel (1.4301) female thread 1" BSP , 1¼" BSP (PN 600) 1½" BSP, 2" BSP (PN 40; optionally PN 600).
