A flushing ring can be mounted between the process connection and a flange type diaphragm seal ( models MDM 7510-7525 ) or a cellular type diaphragm seal ( models MDM 7550-7565 ), for flushing or venting the space in front of the diaphragm.
Flushing Ring Model SpR DN 100 Model: SpR
Body: Stainless steel 316 L (1.4435).
Flushing Connection: 2 x ½" NPT female.
Plug Screws: 2 x ½" NPT male stainless steel 316 L (1.4404).
Process Connection: DN 50, 80, 100  suitable for sealing face  DIN EN 1092-1, B1 or B2, or  DIN 2526 Form D; ASME 2", 3" or 4", sealing face ASME B 16.5 RF.
Nominal Pressure: PN 16 - 400 or 150 - 2500 lb/sq.in.
 

Cooling Elements                   Overview - Model(s): KEI / KEIv / KEIvR
Cooling elements are used to separate the measuring instrument from hot process media. They are urgently required when the temperature of the pressure medium is higher than +100 °C (+212 °F). 
 
KEI Cooling Element for Chemical Seals Model: KEI / KEIv
Material: Stainless steel.
Connections: G ½ female x G ½ B male  (½" BSP female x ½" BSP male) at options ½" NPT or others.
Length: 100 mm for medium temperatures up to +150 °C
(+302 °F).

200 mm for medium temperatures up to +250 °C
(+482 °F).

Options: Model KElv welded to the chemical seal. Other special options upon request.
 
KEIvR Cooling Element for Chemical Seals Model: KEIvR (Special type with cooling fins)
Material: Stainless steel 316 Ti (1.4571), optionally 316 L (1.4435).
Connections: Directly welded to the chemical seal G½ female (½" BSP) for the measuring instrument, at option ½" NPT female, others upon request.
Length: 75mm for max. +150 °C (+302 °F), others upon request.
 
Capillary Line for Chemical Seals Capillary Lines
Material: Stainless steel 316 Ti (1.4571).
Diameter x  Wall Thickness: Ø 4mm x 1mm.
Length: 1m to 10m (3.28 to 32.8 feet). Others upon request.
